2.What currency am I being charged in?

As a result, the actual amount charged in the international currency may vary slightly from the amount shown by the currency conversion facility.

3.What size am I?
Our ugg boots are a normal fitting, so please select your regular shoe size. If you fall between sizes, go up half a size. Please do not go full size down. For conversion between various sizing systems please refer to our Size Conversion Chart. If you are still unsure, you can measure your foot from the back of the heel to the tip of the toe, then contact us and include your foot length and we will determine the right size for you.
4.Will I be notified of the progress of my order?
Yes, you will receive notification emails when the status of your order changes. The order status can be one of the following:
    - Received - you have just placed an order and it has been registered in our system.
    - Processing - your payment is being processed and your order is being prepared.
    - Dispatched - your order has been sent to you.
    - Cancelled - your order has been cancelled.

5.Are there any other additional costs?
There are no other additional costs to Australian customers.
International customers might have to pay an import duty. For information, please contact your local customs office. Duty is not paid by us and is the responsibility of each individual customer.
